I think if you already loaded the free wing coupon it won’t let you load the party tray coupon. If I’m not logged in I see the coupon, click on it, log in and then it’s not there for me. If I’m logged in and then click on the link it doesn’t show up at all. I got the wing coupon a couple days ago.

It was not available for me to put on my card. Are they out or is it because I put the chicken wings that was offered earlier on my card. I so would have rather had the deli tray…

I was having problems as well. When I clicked on the coupon to add it to my card, nothing happened. After several attempts, the coupon dissapeared and was no longer available. I just went back on the website and the coupon is back and I was able to add it to my card. Hope you get it too.

So just FYI — I was able to put it on my card, but when I went to Kroger last night, they didn’t have anything that would trigger it. Plus, the people at the Customer Service desk looked at my like I was crazy. They kept saying “Where is the coupon? You forgot it at home?” I kept trying to explain that it was on my card. They seemed to have never heard of the e-coupons. They were like, “well, if you want we’ll scan your card to see what happens.” You could tell they thought I had lost my mind, to believe that I had an invisible coupon.

I was told by my kroger that this was a scam and thier was nothing they can do even through I printed out my e-coupon directly from the kroger website!

I had a problem redeeming my coupon, too, even though I printed out the description to take to the store with me. The store told me they did not have any deli trays for $12.99, only $29. They finally let me purchase a fruit bowl at now cost, but it took 1/2 to work out this solution. I called Kroger customer service at 888-553-3003 to let them know that I had this problem and they told me other customers had problems, too. They were very nice and told me they would credit my account for $12.99 to make up for the inconvenience. WOW!
