I used H&R Block free file today, and was able to prepare AND e-file my federal return and two state returns (GA and SC) all for FREE!

  2. Shurik says

there are alot of free services almost in each state that do and prepare Tax Return for free including e-filing federal and state. Check your local non-profit agencies that help people with benefits and stuff. Also, stop by at your local libray and I bet they’ll tell you where to go to file taxes for free. I think if you make less than 50K per year, you’ll get this service for free.
